Returns
- At Agrocrown naturals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must also provide proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately to inform us that the item is defective, damaged or that you receive the wrong item. After which, we will evaluate the issue and start the return process.
Cancellation
An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been dispatched by us. If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount. Agrocrown Naturals Reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons Including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.”
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
