Myself Vaibhav Balaso Rugge. Born and brought up in Ichalkanji. this story began 20 years ago when my father started practicing organic farming. He had a natural passion for agriculture, and though he was always eager to try something new, he didn’t have a large inherited farm—just around 3 acres of land, but he managed to sustain our household with it. From a young age, I would always accompany my father to the farm. Watching him work filled me with pride, especially when others would come to him for advice on farming. It made me feel even happier to see people seek his guidance.

Initially, my father focused on growing organic fruits and vegetables and also inspired neighboring farmers to adopt organic farming practices. However, he didn’t limit himself to just fruits and vegetables—he also started producing organic jaggery. This project received immense success and recognition.

During this time, under my father’s guidance, I pursued a degree in Agri-business Management. My father was always striving to do something more beyond just farming. After completing my education, with his mentorship, I established AgroCrown Naturals. What started as a small effort in a single room has now flourished significantly.

We began producing chemical-free cookies made from organic jaggery. Initially, we made three types of cookies—wheat, sorghum, and finger millet. Seeing the overwhelming response in the market, we expanded our range and started creating various new types of cookies. Today, we produce over 13 different kinds of cookies, made from grains like sorghum, pearl millet, wheat, finger millet, and amaranth, and flavored with natural ingredients like fennel, cardamom, and nutmeg.

What began as a small effort producing 5 kilograms of cookies a day has now grown to over 500 kilograms daily.
